Miguel Angel Nunez Castaneda is wanted for the murder of Yesenia Nungaray, 16 years old, from Yahualica Mexico.

On May 2, 2003, Alameda County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a body in a garbage bag located behind Carrow's Restaurant in Castro Valley.  Miguel Angel Nunez Castaneda worked at Carrow's restaurant where Yesenia was found.  Through the investigation it has been determined that Miguel is responsible for Yesenia's death.

Miguel is believed to be hiding in Mexico.  There is both State and Federal arrest warrants issued for Miquel's arrest for the murder of Yesenia.

Yesenia had come to the United States on her sixteenth birthday in hopes for a better life.
