Steve Lyons Jr. is a registered sex offender currently registered to 2120 Strang Avenue, in San Leandro.  On 09/23/09, Detectives conducted a compliance check at that residence and discovered Lyons had moved sometime in July, 2009.  Lyons has not registered into any other agency and is currently out of compliance.  

Lyons may be driving a yellow 1979 Oldsmobile Starfire (CA. Lic. 1LPA304).
